A Thoughtful Gift of Wellness
Gift certificates are a wonderful way to share relaxation and wellness with someone special. Please review the following terms before purchasing or redeeming a gift certificate.
Redemption
Gift certificates may be redeemed toward eligible massage and bodywork services offered by the studio. Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Appointment Required
Please mention your gift certificate when scheduling your appointment and present the certificate, gift card, or confirmation information at the time of your visit.
Cancellation & No-Show
Appointments booked using a gift certificate are subject to our standard cancellation and no-show policy. Applicable cancellation or no-show charges may apply as permitted by law.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may reduce the length of the scheduled session so the next guest's appointment can begin on time. The value applicable to the originally scheduled service may still apply.
Remaining Balance
If the certificate value exceeds the cost of the service, the remaining balance will remain available for future eligible services, subject to applicable law.
Expiration
Gift certificates are handled in accordance with applicable California law. Unless an exception permitted by law applies, gift certificates sold for value do not expire.
Cash Redemption
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by California law.
Lost or Stolen Certificates
Please keep your certificate or confirmation information secure. Replacement may be available when the original purchase can be reasonably verified, subject to applicable law.
Promotions & Special Offers
Promotional, complimentary, bonus, or discounted certificates may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the promotion.
Service Prices
Service prices may change. Unless a certificate specifically guarantees a particular service, a dollar-value certificate will be applied toward the current service price at redemption.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included unless specifically stated. Gratuity is always optional and may be given at the guest's discretion.
Transferability
Standard dollar-value gift certificates may be given to another person. Certain promotional or complimentary certificates may have additional restrictions when clearly disclosed with the applicable offer.
Gift Value Protected
Paid gift certificates are administered in accordance with applicable California gift certificate laws, including requirements concerning expiration and cash redemption. Where this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control.
