Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of all clients, we kindly request at least 3 hours' notice for any cancellation or appointment changes.
- Cancellations made 3 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
- Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
